Xiaomi has revealed that it will launch its flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 series, in India with the MIUI 14 UI. MIUI India tweeted: “What you are looking for will eventually find you. It's time to say hello to the long-awaited #MIUI14 - 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 you've been waiting for! Join us on 27th Feb 2023 for an India-exclusive #ReadySteadySmooth experience."


MIUI 14 has already been released in China by Chinese smartphone manufacturers and it has been confirmed that the same version will be launched in India with some exclusive features for the Indian market.

Based on Android 13, MIUI 14 has a tiny ROM and fewer non-removable pre-installed apps. Xiaomi has also introduced app cleanup and improved notification management in the user interface of the latest version.

Besides improved notification management and app cleaning, MIUI 14 also boasts a smoother information flow and an improved power saving mode. The upcoming user interface promises a more personalized and visually rich experience. Xiaomi also announced that the Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone will be launched in India next week, and the launch event was broadcast live on the company's official website and social media.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro has already launched in China and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 16 GB of RAM. The smartphone runs the Android 13 operating system and is equipped with a 50MP triple rear camera. It also has an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and comes with a 4820mAh battery that supports 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
